Unsealed concrete surfaces and joints allow moisture from rain and irrigation to be absorbed into the concrete. Once moisture is absorbed, concrete starts to loosen and crumble, damaging the appearance while making it more susceptible to further damage. 2. Apply our proprietary caulking treatment:

   • apply caulking to cracks and joints

   • in partnership with Sherwin Williams, our caulking material provides up to 50% total joint movement

   • hand-tool our applications to blend with the existing concrete surfaces

3. Seal

   • Finish with Hydro-Seal to protect.
