Since 2000, Michelle’s Place Cancer Resource Center has been a beacon of personal support, knowledge, and breast health assistance for individuals and families impacted by cancer. Michelle’s Place has been a vital community resource in helping clients navigate and understand the diagnostic process and keep apprised on the latest education related to cancer and health.
We strive to enrich the lives of those impacted by cancer by providing a safe and comfortable environment with various support groups for emotional support, resource materials, educational seminars, a free lending library, free comfort items, service programs, and financial assistance.
Michelle’s Place believes no one should ever face cancer alone, so upon entering our doors you will be greeted by women who are here to help you. Many of our volunteers are breast cancer survivors who understand the complexity of cancer treatment and the emotions that follow. As a newly diagnosed person faced with an overwhelming mix of emotions and decisions, you will find a caring network of people ready to lend an ear, answer questions and help you obtain important information so that you are better able to make informed decisions and advocate for your health and treatment.
