LIVE OAK PARK 2746 RECHE ROAD FALLBROOK, CA 92028 760-731-9187    Obesity, poor nutrition, inactivity and harmful habits are significant health concerns. Healthy nutrition and an active lifestyle are controllable factors that can positively affect a lifetime. People can reduce their risk for conditions such as diabetes, heart and lung disease, cancer and others, through fitness endeavors. The Fallbrook Fitness Challenge is an event that will educate, inspire and encourage residents of all ages to achieve a higher level of fitness. This new community healthcare program will promote healthy nutrition and activity for people of ALL ages.  In addition to booth challenges, there will be games, prizes, contests and the Live Oak Park Walking Trail.   Plus a community 'weigh in' - a voluntary, anonymous record that we will publish. Then, at the Health Fair, we'll weigh in again and determine the Fallbrook Fitness Challenge progress.   We want to include fitness experiences, information and activities on this day that the attendees can participate in, commit to and apply on their own, in groups, in classes, with friends or family every day…so that healthy action and behaviors become a part of their lives.  Booths are free for non-profit organizations and $15.00 all others. Parking is free at Live Oak Park for this event. The event is free to all participants.
